Exam Curricula
Each course certificate is an intensive course that needs assiduity and full participation for completion.  Each student is carefully and specifically followed-up, in order to obtain a continuous step-up progression.

Every year, an international jury meets with the school teachers to evaluate the progress of the students on a case by case basis and give its remarks and feedbacks. Various exams are offered during the year and will be graded by the jury. This various selection of exams will help the student move one level-up each time for the course certificate completion.

The exams program is aligned to the Paris Conservatory exam and this, in complete coordination between the responsibles of both schools.  Our school is a member of the International Dance (CID) which is an affiliated organism to the UNESCO, and also delivers international certificates that are recognized world-wide.

Course Certificate Levels
Classical and contemporary dance are offered within this
particular curricula, with a possibility to follow a double program. One can start from the first practical course program (for the
eight years old and more). The levels are:

• Elementary Certificate (C 1) in classical dance or contemporary dance
• Intermediary Certificate (C 2) in classical dance or contemporary dance
• Final Studies Certificate (C 3) in classical dance or contemporary dance

IMPORTANT : at the beginning of every school year, the school organizes group exams to assess the level of the students.  The level of a student is left to the discretion of the school.

Elisabeth Schwartz (France). Dancer, Choreographer and, Inspector for the Paris Conservatory de Paris
Jens Bierregaard, (Denmark). Dancer, Choreographer and, Founder of the Aurora Borealis Company.
Johan Nus (France). Dancer, Choreographer and, Director of the section for dance at the AICOM  (Judge in 2013 et 2014).

INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATE - CID
Art & Movement Dance School is a member of the International Dance Council (CID). CID is a non- governmental organization founded in 1973 within the UNESCO headquarters in Paris, where it is based. The CID delivers a diploma attestation, on a merit-basis and upon the school’s recommendation, and admits them as CID members.
